Relay for Life 8/3 - Alpena

The Recruitment and Retention Workgroup has been investigating recruitment tables at events. We have booked a table at a Relay for Life event in Alpena, MI, on this Saturday, August 3^rd. We have an open spot for a current POQC member to join us at the table, if someone is interested. I will be attending as the project manager representative and I will bring table materials. Participation would just be handing out resources and talking with anyone interested about what MOQC and POQC are.

The event is scheduled from 11:00 AM to 11:00 PM, with setup beginning at 10:00 AM. We are able to book hotel accommodations for the night before and the night after the event. Gas mileage, expertise and time, and a food stipend would also be included.

This is a wonderful opportunity to meet and learn from some new community members, and to share about what MOQC and POQC are doing across the state.
