[Sticky] Recruitment Event POQC Payment Details

I wanted to offer up some additional details that have been decided about payment details for POQC member participation at POQC recruitment events as we're working through them:

• POQC participation is paid out for the event length time and if there is any setup time at $40 per hour
• Hotel rooms, when appropriate, are covered by MOQC following these guidelines: POQC Payment FAQs - exceptions can also be made for long drives, case dependent
• Hotel rooms are booked as single occupancy
• Gas mileage from home to the event and back is calculated following these guidelines: POQC Payment FAQs
• A food stipend is provided for recruitment events based on stipend amounts provided by gsa.gov - stipend will include generally accepted travel meals and meals during the event, if not provided
• A daily incidental amount will also be paid out based on gsa.gov
• Food stipend will be removed for a specific meal if that meal is paid for by a MOQC Coordinating Center member during the event or surrounding time period
