  • How much do you agree with Brene Brown’s definition of a leader? In what situations do you hold yourself responsible for finding the potential in people and processes?
  • Brene Brown says that blame is often a go-to place for her. When something goes wrong, she immediately wants to know “Who’s to blame?” Do you blame? If so, how does it affect your relationships? What would it take to move from blame to acceptance and/or accountability?
  • What’s been your best experience with receiving feedback? What about the experience was effective or meaningful? What role did vulnerability and/or openness play in the process?
